In neocolonial style the restaurant of Ponta do Madeiro was designed so that guests and clients can have a unique and memorable experience. With a menu of many flavors, the restaurant rescues the local culture, with dishes that make up the gastronomy of the Brazilian Northeast and several fusion cuisine retellings elaborated by Chef Paulo Silva.
Our restaurant is much more than a restaurant, it is a place of contemplation of nature, offering a concept of experience that goes beyond eating and drinking well, is a sublime experience of flavors, aromas, music, art and culture, nature and human relations.
